Tunnel Book Stages    $15

11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.  at Owl Glass Puppetry Center
(319 N. Calhoun Street)

Make a tunnel book stage and paper puppets with artist Sandi Wilson! This is a super fun way to create intimate puppet theater. Tunnel books contain pages that are held together by folded strips of paper on each side, similar to an accordion. The effect is an illusion of depth. When you look through a hole in the front cover that acts as a stage for your paper puppets. Each page features stage openings, and scenery background pages.

Needle Felting     $15

1:15 p.m. - 3:15 p.m.  at Owl Glass Puppetry Center
(319 N. Calhoun Street)

You've seen Pam Corcoran's charming needle-felted hand puppets at Children's Festival and Owl Glass Puppetry Center! Pam will teach you how to make your own animals using wool in many different colors. Learn this relaxing art form you can practice while conversing with friends, or listening to your favorite podcast.
