Eulenspiegel Puppet Theatre presents its twenty-fourth annual Puppets and Pastries: Dessert Theatre For Adults, Friday, Feb. 14 and Saturday, Feb. 15, 7:00 PM.  Here’s an opportunity for lovers of puppet theatre to see cutting edge puppetry directed towards adults while listening to music and savoring delectable desserts, including the Acapulco Bakery’s famous “tres leches” cake.  The event takes place at Owl Glass Puppetry Center, 319 North Calhoun, West Liberty, Iowa. Eulenspiegel elves will transform the Center into a softly lit bistro for the weekend. Tickets are $20.00 if you buy them ahead; $25.00 at the door.  Tickets include desserts and beverages.   Drink donations are appreciated.  All proceeds will help to support the New Puppeteers Festival on May 3.

Enjoy live music by Laura Kittrell, Christopher Eck, and Stephanie Vallez, brand new puppet vignettes by Monica Leo and Stephanie Vallez, nostalgic poems by Duffy DeFrance, delicious desserts, beverages, and laughter for an unforgettable evening!
