The Twenty-Eighth Annual West Liberty Children's Festival will take place Saturday, September 13, 2025, from 10:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. in downtown West Liberty on Third St and Calhoun St, with a schedule chock full of performances, crafts, and activities! The day will include five puppet shows, all by excellent regional puppet troupes, and a street teeming with activities and one-on-one performances by visiting puppeteers, balloon twisters, face painters, and musicians. Ride a Tiny Train, paint a picture, make a puppet, eat delicious food, and MORE!
